| Nachbau Regling Ton, USA Nachstehend Originaltext von Ton: The RoeTest is now finished! I have attached some pictures. Feel free to put these on your website. It took me 3.5 months to complete this project but most of the time it was just waiting for parts. I ended up ordering most of the parts from Reichelt in Germany, not only because things like DIN connectors and stuff are hard to find here in the US, but also because Reichelt's prices are very good, even with the shipping costs included. I only had a few problems putting it all together, some of them caused by soldering the wrong parts in some cases, and some other issues but all relatively easy to fix. I am very impressed with the tube tester design and even more with the execution of it: the PCB designs, the front panel design and everything else. So what's next: I have a rather large pile of about 1500 untested tubes, mostly used ones, left overs from radios not worth restoring. That'll keep me busy during the cold winter evenings. It's likely some of these won't be in the RoeTest database yet, so hopefully I'll be able to contribute a little here. Best regards, Ton Regeling |
